June Empties xxx

June has been quite a quiet month for empties but I do have one or two so here are the products I finished in June:

percy & Reid

  • Colour & Shine Shampoo 100ml By Percy & Reed London.

This Shampoo was initially offered a good long while ago as a free product with Glamour Magazine, once I’d tried the shampoo and liked it I went out and bought like six magazines to stock up on it but this is my last bottle 😦

I love the scent of this shampoo because it smells really fresh.  The first time I used it I found the formula to be really thin which I thought would be a bad thing but it isn’t at all! It lathers up really well and a little really does go a long way. I love the packaging for Percy & Reed products because they are just super girly yet simple.

The full sized product (250ml) is £14.00 which is quite pricey but it really is a lovely shampoo so if you fancy giving yourself a little treat then I would definitely say purchase this because it is just de-lish!

balance me

  • My second Empty is the Super Toning Body Wash 100ml by balance Me.

I’m not quite sure where I got this from, whether it was a gift or a free product or if I bought it online I’m not sure.

I am kinda torn with this product. I love the packaging I think it’s lovely and colourful and I love the fact that balance Me use only natural ingredients in their products but I don’t think this product was for me. I liked the consistency of the gel and how it felt on my skin I just didn’t like the scent. It smelled really spicy at first and I would probably say this would appeal to men more than women, but it also had an after smell of carrots which was a little off putting as I don’t tend to shower with my vegetables. If you are a fan of having one of your five a day in the shower and like earthy, spicy scents then you can find it at https://www.balanceme.co.uk/body/range/product-type/body-washes/

Priced £9.00 for 200ml.

aussie

  • My third empty was the Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Shine Deep Treatment 250ml. I am obsessed with Aussies Hair masks. I love the scent, the consistency and more importantly the results! Simply pop some on your freshly washed hair for 3 minutes then rinse off for super soft hair.

These masks are available from most supermarkets and or Boots & Superdrug.

make up remover

  • My fourth item is the Elizabeth Arden All Gone Eye and Lip Make up Remover 50ml.

I got this as part of a set I bought and I used it mostly when I traveled or went away for the night. I liked using it as it didn’t irritate my eyes and removed even my hard wearing eyeliner and lippy but it wasn’t so amazing that I just had to rush out and replace it. I currently use a NARS make up remover and I’m happy sticking to that for the time being . If you are interested in purchasing this product it is available from www.debenhams.com

hand cream

  • My final empty is the Mango Flower hand cream by L’Occitane. I go through copious amounts of hand cream it’s just silly! But I use it on my elbows too. This hand cream smells divine and is a lovely thick consistency so is great for using during harsh weather or if you just generally have a lot of dry skin on your hands. The smell alone is worth the purchase. It smells soooooo tropical, I managed to squeeze every last drop out of this tube only to find out it was a limited edition and they no longer sell it  – Gutted!!

So they are my June Empties, I hope you enjoyed reading it.
