I was so excited to hear that after weeks of sneak peeks and hint dropping, the Rita Ora Collection for Rimmel had finally hit the shelves.
I just had to rush out and get them as I have been looking forward to getting my hands on these for soooooo long.
Unfortunately I went in to a smaller Superdrug, so they didn’t have the full collection of colours but I did manage to pick up four. So here are my verdicts:
I know this will be a surprise to no one, but the first colour to catch my eye was the vibrant Orange colour cheekily called Oragasm (There is a definite theme with the names). This colour is THE brightest shade of Orange EVER!! I love it!! I also love that the neck of the bottles have postage stamps of Rita Ora, the same colour as the polish on them.
The Second Shade is called ‘Lose your Lingerie’ (Is the theme more apparent now?) It is a lovely pastel pink shade that is bang on trend for this Spring/Summer. I am not normally one for understated colours but this colour really is so pretty I’m glad I added it to my basket.
Thirdly I opted for ‘White Hot Love’. This was a gorgeous bright white colour. Whether worn on it’s own or as a base for your nail art it is sure to make a statement. It would also be great for creating a modern twist on the French manicure.
Finally I went for ‘Breakfast in Bed’ an adorable duck egg shade of blue. It has a lovely creamy look to it and I think it’s adorable. This is the colour that’s going on my nails next for sure!
I would like to point out that this is a fast drying formula so wave goodbye to flapping your hands for 5 minutes – simply apply and go.
Here are some pictures of the polish on sample rings:
In conclusion, I am loving this collection and can’t wait to collect the others, and at only £3.69 each they won’t break the bank!
Rimmel & Miss Ora these were well worth the wait!!
